Rosalia's Mexican Kitchen serves scratch-made tacos, house salsas, and Rosalia's own family recipes to the Findlay community — every plate cooked to order.
Crispy tortilla chips, red sauce, a fried egg, avocado, and refried beans on the side.
Loaded with lettuce, tomato, pineapple, and house sauces — served with fries.
Cheesy birria tacos with grilled onions, served with consommé for dipping.
Rosalia's Mexican Kitchen started as a food truck — a family serving scratch-made tacos and guisados out of a window, one plate at a time. Every recipe was worked out at home first, then carried straight onto the truck.
That same truck is still rolling through Findlay today, and it's how most people first found us. As the following grew, we opened up a second way to eat with us: a full menu at 1702 N Romick Pwky, cooked by the same hands, with the same recipes.
Guests keep coming back for the guacamole, the house salsas, and the warm welcome — the kind of place where the person cooking your food might also be the one who hands it to you at the window.
